Disassembly [10/2022 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE COVER 
    1. Disengage the 6 clips as shown in the illustration to remove the rear console cover.

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  3. REMOVE CONSOLE REAR END PANEL 
    1. Disengage the clamp.

    2. Apply protective tape to the area shown in the illustration.

    3. Using a moulding remover, disengage the clip as shown in the illustration.

    4. Using a moulding remover, disengage the clip as shown in the illustration.

    5. Disengage the 6 clips as shown in the illustration to remove the console rear end panel.

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 INDOOR ELECTRICAL KEY ANTENNA ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  7. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX POCKET (w/ Console Box Pocket) 
    1. Remove the console box pocket.

  8. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Remove the 2 screws.

    2. While slightly pulling areas (A) and (B) in the direction shown in the illustration to enable the upper console door sub-assembly to pass over the stoppers, pull the upper console door sub-assembly in the direction shown in the illustration to remove it.

      NOTE:

      To prevent damage to the console box assembly, do not pull it excessively.

      HINT: 

      2 persons are required for this procedure.

  9. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX WIRE
