Reassembly [12/2019 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL HOOD STAY BRACKET 
    1. Engage the guide.

    2. Install the hood stay bracket with the bolt.
  2. INSTALL HOOD SUPPORT ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the 3 claws to install the hood support assembly.

  3. INSTALL HOOD STAY HOLDER 
    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the hood stay holder.

  4. CONNECT WASHER HOSE ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the grommet.

    2. Engage the 3 clamps to connect the washer hose assembly.
  5. INSTALL WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  6. INSPECT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  7. ADJUST WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  8. INSTALL HOOD INSULATOR 
    1. Engage the 2 guides as shown in the illustration.

      Install in this Direction
    2. Install the hood insulator with 8 new hood insulator clips.

  9. INSTALL HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL 
    1. Install the hood to radiator support seal with 9 new hood to radiator support seal clips.
